The Consulate of Switzerland, SHARE and Massachusetts Technology Collaborative invite you to a luncheon meeting to discuss international nanotech collaboration opportunities and network with local and Swiss nanotech experts

For the second time, a prominent Swiss delegation is visiting the Boston area to establish scientific and business cooperation opportunities. The delegates are looking forward to meeting the fast-growing local nanotech community.

Building on a tradition for precision technology, Switzerland is a prime center for nanotechnology with increasing research budgets, numerous R&D projects and large companies adopting nanotech applications. The guest speakers will give you an overview of the research and business landscape.

About the Swiss Nanotech Delegation

On February 23rd, 2003, the leaders of the Swiss Nanotechnology industry and R&D will be arriving in the US to begin a six day intensive dialogue with the US nanotechnology community. Visits will include the NANOTECH2003 Conference and Trade Show in San Francisco, the Nano region of Southern California, and the Nanotechnology Corridor in Massachusetts. The "Swissnanotech" initiative is a collaboration between Location Switzerland, Swiss Business Hub USA, Swiss House for Advanced Research and Education, and the Swiss Science and Technology Office of Western US, as well as the Swiss Federal Initiative for Nanotechnology - TOP NANO 21.
